Pricing

Longbow pricing is pay-as-you-go.  After a $2000 set-up fee, you pay only for the individual customer probability records downloaded, at a rate of $100 per thousand records.  After paying the set-up fee, you send Loyalty Builders either a purchase order or credit card information to cover future downloads.

We introduced pay-as-you-go pricing to make our analytics available to a wider range of users, including smaller businesses who previously found analytics too expensive and larger businesses who want to test analytics on a budget. Companies with large customer sets and many transactions who understand the benefits of regular predictive analyses may want to consider our subscription services, starting at $25,000 per calendar quarter.
