You pay to use Longbow only when you download records from lists that you built in the Targeting or Testing tabs, at $0.10 per record. During this public beta, there is no other charge.
However even this charge is waived for the first thirty (30) days. Go ahead and try Longbow on us. It is free for thirty days from your first data upload. All we ask in return is some honest feedback on how it is working for you.

Pricing and Payment Methods

Longbow pricing is based on a pay-as-you-go model. During the public beta period, there are no setup fees or upfront charges. You only pay when you download records of customers to target, at a cost of $0.10 per record. You can upload as much transaction data as you wish (the more you upload, the better the predictive accuracy). You can view all the reports. There is no charge for either of these activities. If you anticipate a large number of downloads, contact sales@loyaltybuilders.com for a fixed price contract.

You can pay online with a credit card or you can arrange to be billed on account after submitting a purchase order and passing a credit check. To arrange billing, send your request to accountsreceivable@loyaltybuilders.com.

Longbow Pricing and Support Plans

Tier 1--Basic

Tier 1 support is for savvy do it yourselfers from budget minded smaller companies. There is a 30 day free trial and cost-per-record pricing. With Basic support, we answer your questions on how the software service works.

Tier 2--Advanced

Tier 2 Support is for budget-conscious users who want a higher level of support. There is a 30 day free trial and cost-per-record pricing. During the trial, there is free Basic support, with the option to begin Advanced support any time during the free trial period. After the free trial period ends, Advanced support is $500 per year. This option includes 1) monitoring of your campaigns by our Account Management team; 2) consultation on your reports and analysis results; 3) one dedicated training webinar; and 4) help with marketing or software issues. For every $10 of download fees, you earn $1 credit toward support fee. At $5000 per year of downloads, your support is free.

Tier 3--Premium

Tier 3 support is for organizations that want comprehensive support and advanced help to speed their transition to mathematical marketing tools and campaigns. There is a guided 60 day pilot program for the first campaign, including 1) no limit on number of downloads during the 60 days; 2) marketing and software support; and 3) one dedicated training webinar. The fee for the guided pilot is $5000. After the pilot ends, there is an all-you-can-download pricing contract based on use estimates. Another element of the contract is Premium support including 1) a named account manager; 2) a named mathematician assigned to the account; 3) report interpretation; and 4) help in building campaigns.
