Payment Options

There are two different ways you can pay for the lists that you download – by credit card or with a purchase order.

For credit card billing, fill out the form below.  Your account will be charged immediately after you start the download.  If the card charge is not approved, the download will stop.

For purchase order billing, complete and submit this credit application.  Allow five business days for a credit check.  You will be billed monthly against your purchase order.  If you request more records than allowed by the remaining balance on your purchase order, the download will stop.
